Event Terms & Serving Policy

1. Event Schedule & Location

The Free Food Trial — Grand Relaunch takes place on 22 October 2026 from 7:00 PM IST to 10:00 PM IST at Chutney Sambhar Cafe. All servings must be redeemed in person during official counter operating hours.

2. Single-Serving Entitlement

• Each attendee (identified by unique 10-digit mobile number) is entitled to exactly one (1) complimentary first-round serving.
• Serving passes are non-transferable, single-use, and expire upon counter redemption or event conclusion.
• Passes carry zero cash equivalent and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

3. Verification & Serving Rules

Customers must present their active digital QR pass on their phone screen to the cafe staff at the serving counter. Once scanned, the pass status is atomically marked as redeemed in the server database. Repeated scans of a redeemed pass will be rejected by the scanner.

Cafe management reserves the right to verify pass authenticity and revoke passes in instances of attempted manipulation, duplicate accounts, or policy violations.
